SomnaFlow™ is a 2-hour experience blending a grounding yoga practice, breathwork, and
guided hypnosis—designed to ground your body and reset your mind.
Jointly delivered by Amy Johnson, a leader in yoga and lifelong educator, and Nathan Clark,
a certified hypnotherapist and yoga teacher, this series offers both structure and depth. You’ll
move through breath-driven, grounding yoga—challenging, clear, and rooted in the present.
Finally, shift into guided hypnosis: deep rest, deep reset, deep clarity.
This isn’t just flow and standard Savasana.
It’s deep training for your nervous system.

Meet Nathan Clark
Certified Yoga Instructor since 2015. Lifelong practitioner.
My classes don’t float, and they sure as hell don’t falter. They’re breath-first, body-strong, and
built to leave you more focused, grounded, and clear.
I’m also a licensed hypnotherapist and the creator of SomnaFlow™ — a practice that fuses
breath-driven yoga with hypnosis for a deep subconscious reset. It works from the inside out:
body, breath, and nervous system. This is for people who want more than surface-level
wellness.
Whether you’re trying yoga for the first time or ready to dig deeper, I offer a space to move
strong and breathe deep — without the pretense.
Yoga classes run Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6–7 p.m. at the Amanda Dalton Dance Academy in
the Lake Highlands Shopping Center.
SomnaFlow™ is offered regularly as a specialty workshop for those ready to reset, rewire, and
return stronger.
